Bosun Tools “2015 General Managers Annual Report Conference” was held in America from February 25 to 28, 2015. At the same time, part of managers attended the meeting in headquarter of Bosun in Shijiazhuang City by Video Conference System.
The meeting presided over by the Executive Director Tony Cheng. Those who attended the meeting included Chairman of the Supervisory Committee Guiqin Lv, Board Member and General Manager Fabin Jin, Board Member Jingjian Ren, Shuyu Zhang, Huancheng Wang, General Manager of Bosun Tools (USA) Inc. Jason Zhu, General Manager of Cyclone Diamond Products Ltd. Ivan Luketic, General Manager of Bosun Tools (Thailand) Co., Ltd Chaosong Liu, General Manager of Bosun Tools Prewi (Shanghai) Ltd Junbo Nie and General Manager of Bousn Korea. Vice General Manager Lei Sun, Bo Pang, Chief Financial Officer Jianming Zhang and General Manager Assistant and Director of Budget Management Qing Cheng of the Stock Company also attended the meeting.
The participants listened to the work reports in 2015 of each subsidiary and commended Bosun Tools (USA) Inc. and Cyclone Diamond Products Ltd. for their excellent operating performance. The participants indicated that the Stock Company has been already had the conditions and timing to make increase in operating performance for over two years hard work on producing management, organization adjustment, business process management and human resouces condensing. The Stock Compan will certainly return to stable growth and development. The participants require all the companies to analyze carefully the marked of diamond tools, fully integrate with the development of the company, make good use of the advantages of the company, work out appropriate methods and measures to strengthen the management and complete all the business objectives of 2016.
The participants also discussed the business plan (2016-2018) of Bosun and confirmed the development strategy in future 3 years. In the next three year, Bosun Tools is going to establish two Research and Develop Centers (R&D Center), two producing centers, develop both domestic and international markets and two main businesses. And Bosun will be built to be an excellent multinational company with outstanding profitability and obvious core advantages.
