Select of diamond disk and attentions:
1）In order to prevent the work layer from unusual damage, force, the compression operation should be avoided in the process of using diamond wheels. In non-cooling condition , it should not keep cutting the same positon. If the blade scalds, use it afer it becomes cool.
2）The cutting surface quality relates to the select of diamond grit for wheels. The smaller the grit is ,the surface smoothness is better. But if grit become smaller ,the cutting sharpness drops, so grit should be suitably smaller to keep speed.
